The herbs in Memorex have traditionally been used to support and maintain a healthy blood flow in blood vessels in the brain, thereby, supporting the cognitive functions – memory, concentration, cognition and learning ability. They also protect brain tissue against injury caused by free radicals.
Recommended use
One (1) to two (2) capsules twice daily, preferably between meals – for example 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.
The daily dose may be increased for a more powerful working and/or as required – e.g. due to high body weight or overall condition. The dose may be reduced to one or two capsules daily when the purpose of taking the herbal supplement principally is to maintain good health.
It is recommended to begin taking one capsule twice daily increasing the dose gradually with two times one capsule every other day until the desired dose is reached.

300-600 mg ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba L.) leaf
200-400 mg ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba L.) leaf extract (1)
(1) 5:1 extract equivalent to 1500-3000 mg plant material per daily dose.
