Waterex supports a healthy water balance maintaining the salt balance at a healthy level. It feels unpleasant when the body retains more water than is necessary because of the added pressure on the surrounding tissues. Also, in the long term it is not healthy to carry excess water in the body. The herbs in Waterex support the organs and systems in the body involved in maintaining a healthy fluid balance, thus, ensuring that neither too much fluid is excreted nor too much accumulated.
Recommended use
One (1) to two (2) capsules twice daily, preferably between meals – for example 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.
The daily dose may be increased for a more powerful working and/or as required – e.g. due to high body weight or overall condition. The dose may be reduced to one or two capsules daily when the purpose of taking the herbal supplement principally is to maintain good health.
